2 Roller Entry Guides : RE-B Series

Description

Designed especially as Wire Rod Mill and Medium size bar mill guides. The RE-B series is primarily used in the Roughing and Intermediate mill train.

The product range of guides is from 12mm through 100mm.

There are eight (8) guide sizes in the range.



Guide Features

  • Single Point simultaneous roll gap adjustment.
  • Nitrided and ground steel bearing pins and wear parts.
  • High capacity taper roller bearings protected from the ingress of contaminants by lubrication and mill scale seals.
  • Rugged, corrosion resistant cast stainless steel, carbon steel or ductile iron construction. Stainless steel is used for the smaller sizes in the range. Larger size guide material is cast carbon steel.
